Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Yes, we do ship to Canada. Limitations apply to certain product. If we can't ship to Canada, you'll see a note that says, "Not available for International shipment" on the product page.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Canadian orders get to enjoy up to 60% off regular shipping rates.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery after shipment date.
Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: The order will ship via one of the following methods: USPS Priority International, USPS First Class International, UPS Standard or FedEx Economy. We will choose the best method available.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes, Canadian shipments are provided tracking information within 24hrs of the order shipping out. You can easily track the package step by step online ensuring it clears customs for delivery to your door.
Q: Will I have to pay import fees?
A: Yes, you are responsible for the following:
*Canadian Customs assesses taxes on goods valued at $20.00 CAD or more.
*Goods and Service Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) may be due upon delivery. Rates range between 5% - 15%
*Duty and Tarriffs are applied to imported goods into Canada. Duty rates in Canada range between 0% and 35%, where the average duty rate is 8.56%
*Brokerage and handling charges are incurred when a third party imports a product into Canada for you. These fees are collected by the courier(UPS, FedEx or USPS).
