We ship from multiple warehouse locations within the United States. Some products are fulfilled direct from suppliers we work with.
Special order and manufactured to order products will require manufacturing time.
The estimated shipping dates provided on our site are based on past shipment history. Should an unexpected delay occur, we will attempt to notify you by email of the new shipping date. You will be provided the opportunity to keep the order open or cancel for a complete refund.
In stock products generally ship within 1-2 business days Monday - Friday. We do not ship on Holidays. See our holiday schedule, here.

Q: How long until my order ships?
A: In stock products will ship within 1-2 business days. Special order or manufactured to order products will generally ship within the estimated shipment dates provided on product page.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery after shipment date(Continental US only). International, Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam orders will require additional transit time.
Q: Can I get my order faster?
A: For expedited shipping, please email us email@example.com. We'll reply back with express delivery options. Keep in mind, we can not speed up the handling process. Special order or manufactured to order purchases will ship when the manufacturer completes building your order.
Q: Can I ship to a different address?
A: Yes, on checkout, after you've filled out your billing address, uncheck the box "Ship items to the above billing address". You can now enter the address where you would like your order delivered.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes, we provide tracking information within 24hrs of the order shipping out. You can easily track the package step by step online until it arrives to your door.
Q: Will I have to sign for my package?
A: Certain packages may require a signature for delivery. It all depends on the location, the courier and the product being delivered. Sometimes you can leave a note for the driver with special instructions. If the package is coming through UPS, sign up for UPS My Choice which is a free service. Freight shipments will require thorough inspection and signature upon approving delivery.
Q: I ordered multiple products. Will all of my order arrive together?
A: Besides our warehouse, we work directly with multiple manufacturers to fulfill orders. Items may ship at different times from various locations in separate boxes. This especially holds true when part of your order is Special Order / Custom Made to Order products.
